Covestro goes forward with roadshow to promote Covestro Innovation Design Contest 2019 at leading universities nationwide, encouraging students to showcase idea of innovative learning tools from creativity to enhance Thailand’s education

Covestro moves forward to promote Innovation Design Contest 2019 – IDC2019 with roadshow activities to provide answers about rule of participation of the campaign for students at leading universities nationwide such as King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Suranaree University of Technology, Burapha University, Thammasat University, Kasetsart University, etc.


The roadshow activity has been received a well response and attention from the students. The Innovation Design Contest 2019 is collaboration between Covestro (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and National Innovation Agency (Public Organization). The campaign aims to seek for top inventor in designing innovative learning tools with “Fun Lesson” theme to promote skill enhancement and fun-filled learning in science, technology and mathematics subjects for primary students.


The IDC2019 invites the interested students to join by teaming up with not more than 5 friends per team from any faculty and field of studying to submit the design concept via online channel at from today until 30 September 2019. The 6 finalist teams will get to join the idea camp with experts from education and innovation fields between 11-12 October 2019 in which they will have a chance to accelerate idea for implementation a business model in launching actual product as professional. Moreover, the campaign’s prize is worth more than 300,000 Baht and a chance to join the trip to learn more about innovations at Covestro Innovation Center APAC in Shanghai, China.
