HSEQ Policy (HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY POLICY)

In accordance with Corporate Policy No. 1006 of Covestro AG and the standards UNI EN ISO 9001; 45001; 14001 and the EMAS Regulation.

The new version gives greater emphasis to the company's commitment to ESG and Security.

The purpose of the document is to outline the organization's commitment to:

• protect the environment and conscientious use of resources
• improve safety, reduce risks in the workplace and improve the health and well-being of workers;
• provide high quality products and services, meet customer requirements and continuously improve its processes.
