Covestro offers Sample Lab App for digitally exploring the K 2016 stand

Exhibits to go

Sample Lab App

Covestro is presenting its latest materials and technologies at the K 2016 – ranging from an electric car to 3D-printed surfaces for shoes to rotor blades for wind power systems. But visitors can not only see, hear and feel all the exhibits at the company’s booth: They can also have them “to go” – in an app for their smartphones.

The “Sample Lab” app is available for downloading now, free of charge from Apple’s App Store and from the Google Play Store. It allows users to explore the exhibits and their corresponding products and solutions.

Visitors to the Covestro stand can also scan a QR code on each exhibit, which takes them in the app to a description of the exhibit. And those looking for details also will find the properties of the material used, as well as an exact product designation.

Visitors can then either talk with the Covestro experts at the booth or contact the person indicated in the app for the respective exhibit. In addition, each description in the app contains a link to the Product Center on the Covestro website, which features more extensive information about the company’s products.

Users who are completely unfamiliar with the materials offered by Covestro also can learn more about the products by playing six short games in the app.

If that sounds exciting, be sure to download the app and visit our stand – our experts are waiting to welcome you! In Hall 6, Booth A75.
